Hayleys Fabric PLC yesterday (22) acquired a majority stake in South Asia Textiles, one of the largest manufacturers of knit fabrics for the export oriented market. Hayleys Fabric PLC Chairman Mohan Pandithage said the acquisition was a strategic move to further expand its export-oriented garment industry.
